Sharan Bal

Sharan Bal serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at StartingBloc, an organization dedicated to cultivating a global community of leaders focused on creating an equitable and collaborative world. Since June 2012, Sharan has been involved with StartingBloc, beginning as a Fellow in New York in 2012. Additionally, Sharan has been an Organization Designer at The Ready since February 2017, aiding in organizational transformation. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at LRN, where facilitation of cultural innovations for organizations took place, and positions at various social enterprises and educational institutions focused on social entrepreneurship and youth education. Sharan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies and Sociology from McGill University.
