Diana Herrera is a seasoned Senior UX Researcher and UX Research Lead at The RealReal since June 2021, where key achievements include establishing the company's first internal research panel and leading persona research to enhance understanding of consignors. Prior experience at Mattel, Inc. involved overseeing user research and consumer insights for critical divisions, while roles at Kelton Global and BAV Group focused on comprehensive research lifecycle management and strategic brand development, respectively. An early role as a Psychology Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania provided foundational experience in empirical research. Diana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Consumer Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
