Karl James

Karl James is an experienced architectural professional currently serving as Executive Director of Architecture at Red Sea Global since December 2023. Previously, Karl held various leadership roles at Aedas from February 2015 to December 2023, including Director and Technical Director. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Meinhardt Façade Technology (S) Pte Ltd, Associate Director at Atkins, and Regional Director for the Middle East at Meinhardt. Karl began a career in architecture as a Senior Facade Consultant at Hyder Consulting and worked as Project Architect at RMJM, where involvement in notable projects like Capital Gate in Abu Dhabi took place. Earlier experience also includes a Senior Associate position at Terry Farrell and Partners. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and a B Arch. RIBA from the University of Lincoln, among other certifications.
