Camille Kadoch

Camille Kadoch supports RAP’s work on climate-related issues, utility regulatory policy, energy efficiency and other energy policy topics. Ms. Kadoch has most recently focused on issues related to performance-based regulation, energy efficiency obligations, no-regrets planning and beneficial electrification. She is also RAP’s general counsel. Prior to joining the organization, she worked in private practice litigation.

Ms. Kadoch holds an undergraduate degree in biology and environmental studies from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. She graduated with a juris doctorate and a master’s in environmental law from Vermont Law School.
