Johnathan Wolfshire is a seasoned business manager with extensive experience in property management and leasing. Currently employed at The REMM Group since June 2020, Johnathan has managed mid-rise lease-ups in Glendale and Riverside, along with takeover and onboarding projects in Downtown Los Angeles. Previous roles include business manager at Conrad Property Management Inc., where Johnathan oversaw the remodel and rebranding of a 145 residential unit community, and founder of Neatly Cleaning Co., a luxury cleaning service for USC students. Johnathan began in the property management field as a senior leasing consultant at PeakMade Real Estate, specializing in high-rise luxury student housing. Johnathan pursued higher education at Santa Monica College from 2019 to 2021.
