F. Dewayne Rader

F. Dewayne Rader is the Chief Sourcing Officer for The Resource Group. In this role, he leads all Contracting, Implementation, Data Action, and Customer Experience communities. Dewayne also leads the Chief Resource Officers, a group of supply chain-focused executives embedded in our Participant sites with responsibility for end-to-end supply and service management. Dewayne’s communities create streamlined processes, deliver knowledge, develop best practices, facilitate business transformation, and guide projects. This direction relies on predictive and prescriptive analytics and cross-functional optimization of complex processes to support all Solution Groups of The Resource Group.

Dewayne has more than 35 years of contracting, consulting, marketing, and project management experience, providing leadership and strategic planning in the technology and healthcare industries.

Dewayne came to The Resource Group from NCR Corporation, a 137 year-old company specializing in retail and financial technology solutions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee. Dewayne has also completed Ascension's Executive Ministry Leadership Formation Program, a forum through which leaders build community and strengthen their skills in support of the ever-changing landscape of healthcare.
