Emily Yu, MS, PMP, currently serves as the Strategy and Operations Manager at The Rockefeller Foundation, focusing on program management framework establishment and execution of the Institute’s strategic learning agenda. Previous experience includes serving as the Stakeholder Engagement Manager at US Pharmacopeia, where Emily developed an outcome-driven engagement strategy and launched global thought leader programs. As a Manager at Duty First Consulting, Emily conducted full lifecycle project management and managed an interdepartmental communications team. Earlier career roles included Senior Research Assistant at the USDA Agricultural Research Service and Health Technician at the National Institutes of Health. Emily holds a Master’s degree in Health Promotion Management from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Maryland.
