Julie Zhou has worked as a Costume Creative Director at The Row since August 2018. Prior to that, they were a Senior Fashion Designer at The Row from July 2015 to August 2018. Before joining The Row, they worked at RTA as an Intermediate Fashion Designer from June 2013 to April 2015, and as a Junior Fashion Designer from October 2011 to June 2013. Julie began their career as an Assistant Fashion Designer at Boyish from August 2010 to September 2011.
Julie Zhou holds a Master's degree in Fashion Design from the University of Southern California, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Clothing and Textiles from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, Julie obtained certifications in different areas. In 2017, they received a Certificat de fin de stage from Accent Francais French Language School. Later, in 2022, they achieved the Fussball: Schweizer Meister 1. Liga certification from FC Wil 1900.

The Row was established in 2006. Named in reverence of London’s Savile Row, the fashion house emulates the bespoke standards of exquisite fabrics, impeccable details, and perfect fits.
