Luigi Napoletano has extensive work experience in the fashion industry, holding various roles at different companies. Luigi started their career in 1986 as an Assistant Production Manager at Gloria Sachs, where they were responsible for the technical aspects of production and provided support to pattern makers and factories. Luigi then worked at Mary Ann Restivo as a Technical Director and Head Patternmaker, before joining Anne Klein A Line in the same role. At Dana Buchman, they served as an Assistant Production Manager. In 2000, they became the Vice President of Production at Pegasus Apparel Group, managing all aspects of production. From 2001 to 2016, Luigi worked at Donna Karan International as the Senior Director of Technical Services, overseeing all technical aspects of production. In 2016, they joined The Row as the Director of Technical Design and Production. Recently, Luigi has been working as the Director and Patternmaker at Lafayette 148 New York.
Luigi Napoletano attended the Istituto Tecnico industriale from 1966 to 1971. During this time, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering and successfully completed the program, earning the title of Perito Tecnico.
