Rachel Bower

Rachel Bower is a seasoned professional in marine environmental management, currently serving as the Marine Restoration Team Lead and Marine Environment Legislation Manager at The Scottish Government since November 2018. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at the Joint Nature Conservation Committee from March 2013 to November 2018, including Senior Marine Fisheries Advisor and Marine Fisheries Advisor. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sustainable Seafood Coalition Advisor at ClientEarth from October 2011 to December 2012. Rachel holds a Master of Science degree in Marine Environmental Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, both from the University of York.
