Marc Thomas serves as the Technical Director and Head Coach at F.C OLE since September 2024. Currently, Marc also contributes as a Physical Education Teacher at The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys from July 2021. Previous roles include Head of High Performance at Forza FC and Head Coach at Olé Football Academy, both from 2019 to 2024. Marc has extensive coaching experience, having held positions such as Technical Director at Petone Football Club and Head Coach positions at Adelaide Comets FC, North Eastern MetroStars Soccer Club, Trinity College Gawler, Playford Patriots FC, and Modbury Jets FC. Marc's academic background includes a Masters in High Performance Coaching from The University of Queensland, a Graduate Diploma in Teaching Secondary from The University of Waikato, and a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise from Wintec - Waikato Institute of Technology.

The school is a continuation of the success and reputation of The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Girls which was established in 2000 to fulfill the vision of the Late President, H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. As an inclusive school aims to provide the highest quality of holistic education and development for boys and girls from KG1 – Grade 3, and boys only from Grades 4–12.
