The Ask

We are looking for free spirits who are insanely curious about people; highly experienced in undertaking and interpreting market research to solve brand strategy, innovation and marketing challenges.  A curious and collaborative self-starter with a real growth mindset.  We are on the hunt for the occasional partners with an extensive knowledge of qualitative market research methodologies as well as the frameworks and models that inform a brand strategy.  Strong writing skills are an absolute must as compelling and impactful storytelling is at the heart of our philosophy. This role may require oversight of large scale, multi-market or increasingly complex projects from start to finish in terms of time, budget, and client satisfaction. 

  

Key criteria for partnering with us…

  • Experience in moderating face-to-face groups and in-depth interviews with both large and small groups and executing research
  • Knowledge of advanced forms of qualitative data collection, analysis and interpretation with the ability to apply to agency work
  • Capable of steering a project and team through analyzing a diverse array of inputs and crafting a cohesive and compelling story
  • At least five years of experience in brand strategy, product innovation or qualitative consumer research
  • A degree in relevant field (advanced degree preferred)
