After that, they joined ITE Distribution as a Finance and Operations Manager in September 2013 and remained with the company until September 2015.
In October 2015, Arun joined The Sovereign Group as a Regional Finance Manager for the Middle East. Arun held this role until September 2019 when they were promoted to the position of Regional Financial Controller/Head of Client Accounting for the Middle East, Africa, and Cyprus. In May 2022, they were further promoted to the role of Finance Director for Group Financial Reporting and Client Accounting at The Sovereign Group, where they currently serve.

Arun Gurung FCCA received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University from 2010 to 2012.
