Asif Shahriar

Asif Shahriar is a Senior IT Operations Analyst at The Star Entertainment Group, where responsibilities include leading onboarding and training programs and developing strategies to achieve Key Performance Indicators. Previously, Asif served as a Service Operation Analyst, providing support to over 8,000 users and managing daily IT operations. Experience also includes a Desktop Support Internship at Transport for NSW focused on software implementation and OS deployment, as well as a five-year tenure as a Kitchen Supervisor at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). Asif holds two Master’s degrees in Information Technology from CQUniversity and Australian Catholic University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North South University.
