Sarah Derry

Sarah Derry serves as the Group Chief People Officer at The Star Entertainment Group, overseeing the organization’s people and culture strategy. In addition, Sarah holds the position of Chair and Non-Executive Director at Two Good Co, a social enterprise focused on empowering women facing significant challenges. As the founder of Sarah Derry Co-LAB, Sarah provides board and leadership advisory services, works as a keynote speaker and executive coach, and is actively involved in transformational leadership initiatives for women in STEMM through Homeward Bound Projects. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer for Accor Pacific, where responsibilities included managing a vast portfolio of hotels and leading talent and culture across the region. With a wealth of experience in human resources and leadership development, Sarah is recognized as a key influencer in creating high-performance cultures across diverse industries.
