Natasha K Gandotra has a diverse work experience in digital marketing and brand management. From 2019 to the present, they have worked at The Stylist Group, initially as a Digital Marketing Manager and then progressing to the role of Head of CRM. In these roles, Natasha has been responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing the customer lifecycle experience, and executing database acquisition and retention campaigns.

Prior to their time at The Stylist Group, Natasha worked at Immediate Media Co as a Brand Marketing Manager for BBC Good Food from 2018 to 2019. There, they focused on brand marketing strategy and eCRM. Before that, Natasha spent several years at BBC Studios, starting as a Marketing & Product Development Assistant and rising to the position of Brand Marketing Manager for BBC Good Food. In this role, they developed and implemented brand marketing strategies, managed app communications and marketing activities, and built partnerships for the brand. Natasha K achieved notable successes, including increasing registered users on the BBC Good Food website and relaunching the BBC Good Food app, which received industry recognition.

Natasha also has volunteering experience at the Grief Encounter Project, where they served as a Volunteer from 2011 to 2012.

Natasha K Gandotra obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Studies from the University of Nottingham from 2008 to 2011. In 2014, they completed the Squared Online Certificate in Digital Marketing from Squared Online.
