Sarah Jackson is a Principal of Spinnaker Ventures. Previously she served in Delaware State government as Secretary of Finance and in the federal government as Deputy Assistant Secretary in the U.S. Department of Energy. Ms. Jackson also worked for the U.S. Treasury and the Congressional Joint Economic Committee. Ms. Jackson worked in finance and acquisitions for Schlumberger Ltd in NYC and for Imperial Chemicals plc in London and in Wilmington, Delaware. Ms. Jackson has a bachelor's degree from Harvard, a master's degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a master's from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She lives in New York City.
