Chelsea Fancher

Chelsea Fancher, EdD, serves as the Assistant Director of Online Program Operations and Program Manager for UA Online at The University of Alabama, where responsibilities include managing and developing online degree and certificate programs across various academic colleges. With a strong background in academic advising, Fancher previously held roles such as Academic Advising Coordinator for the College of Engineering, where significant achievements included doubling enrollment and enhancing graduation rates. In addition to administrative roles, Fancher has extensive experience as an adjunct faculty instructor across multiple institutions, teaching courses in public speaking and communication. Fancher's academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration, along with several graduate certificates and degrees in Communication Studies and Chemistry from The University of Alabama and Western Kentucky University.
