Cicely Anderson

Cicely Anderson, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee engagement and development. Currently serving as Employee Engagement Program Manager at the University of Chicago since August 2014, Cicely has held various roles within the institution, including Employee Development and Engagement Specialist and HR Project Coordinator. Previously, Cicely worked at Rush University Medical Center as Department Manager and at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine as MPH Program Coordinator. Early career experience includes an Administrative Assistant role at Chicago Public Schools. Cicely holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Governors State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from the same institution.
