Maria Kharitonova

Maria Kharitonova, PhD, is currently a Data Scientist specializing in Neuroimaging at the University of Chicago, where analytical, statistical, and programming skills are employed to analyze neuroimaging and biomarker data related to aging. Kharitonova also serves as a volunteer Board Member for Ukraine TrustChain, assisting with grant applications and operations for humanitarian aid in Ukraine. Previously, Kharitonova held the position of Director of Research and Evaluation at 7 Mindsets, focusing on research capacity and alignment with company goals, and worked at xSEL Labs as a Research and Data Scientist, managing evaluation studies and serving as Principal Investigator on a federally funded project. Kharitonova has extensive academic experience, including a Research Assistant Professor role at Northwestern University, a Research Fellow position at Boston Children's Hospital, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Colorado Boulder, where Kharitonova completed PhD studies in Cognitive Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience.
