Currently serving as a Talent Development Manager at The University of Kansas Health System since October 2021, Laura previously held multiple roles at Cerner Corporation from 2007 to present, including Senior Manager and Senior Learning Strategist, where responsibilities included leading corporate onboarding and global development programs. Laura also managed onboarding programs for early career professionals as a Team Leader in HR, Learning and Development, and collaborated with senior leadership as an HR and Recruiting Partner to address talent acquisition and workforce development. Prior experience includes consulting as an HR Consultant at Power Group Benefits and an internship in marketing at PNC. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
