Rachel Corcoran

Rachel Corcoran is an experienced professional currently serving as the Sheffield Cancer Research Strategy Manager at The University of Sheffield since May 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held various managerial positions at UCL, including Knowledge Transfer Partnerships & Secondments Manager and Senior Programme Manager in the Global Engagement Office. Rachel's career also includes significant contributions at the Africa Health Research Institute, Challenge Partners UK, Europanel, and Kantar, where expertise in project management, international collaborations, and institutional governance was developed. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish from Cardiff University, complemented by Erasmus exchange programs at both the University of Valencia and Sciences Po.
