Natalie Guess

Natalie Guess currently serves as the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program Manager at The University of Southern Mississippi, where responsibilities include developing business development and technology transfer strategies to enhance the university's economic impact. As President of NG Consulting LLC and Co-Founder of Unmanned Coast, Natalie collaborates with various businesses on unmanned systems and environmental technologies. Experience also includes serving as a Business Technology Consultant for the Marine Industry Science and Technology Cluster and as Commissioner for the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources, overseeing significant regulatory duties. Additional roles include being the Director at Magnolia Business Alliance and Conference Coordinator for NOAA, contributing extensive expertise in strategic planning, management, and collaboration across diverse sectors. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Southeastern Louisiana University.
