Michael Wyatt

Michael Wyatt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk and financial advisory and cybersecurity services, currently serving as Partner/Principal for Gov & Public Service at Deloitte since May 2007. Wyatt specializes in Cyber Incident Readiness, Response, and Assessments, and also holds the role of Managing Director overseeing Identity Services within Deloitte's Cyber Risk Services practice. In addition, Wyatt contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas at Austin, teaching the Public Policy course in the Masters of Science in Information Security and Privacy program. Previous roles include significant leadership positions at Sun Microsystems, Waveset Technologies, Tivoli Systems (IBM), Novell, and BNSF Railway. Wyatt earned an MBA in Information Systems from St. Edward's University and a B.B.A. in Sales and Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
