Natalie Leonard

Natalie Leonard is an accomplished photo editor and creative director currently serving as the Photo Editor at WSJ. Magazine since September 2022. As a co-founder and creative director of POND Creative since September 2019, Natalie leverages a strong background in visual storytelling. Previous experience includes roles as a producer at DoBeDo Represents, visuals editor at Condé Nast Traveler, and freelance photo editor for Vanity Fair. Natalie's career also encompasses creative production at Alexander Wang Inc. and visual research for Vogue. Early professional experiences include internships in photography and branding at notable publications such as Esquire and Harper's Bazaar. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Penn State University, complemented by studies at Pratt Institute.
