Malick Mbengue

French/humanities Teacher at THE WEBB SCHOOLS

Malick Mbengue currently serves as a French and Humanities Teacher at The Webb Schools, where responsibilities include teaching courses in French 3, 4, AP, Ethics of Global Affairs, and Faith Narratives of Holy Cities. In addition to teaching, Malick holds the positions of Class Advisor for the Class of 2021 and Head Coach for Girls Varsity Soccer. As the Founder and Executive Director of Girls Kick, Malick empowers young women in soccer while promoting academic success. Furthermore, as a Co-Founder and Board Member of JAMAREK, Malick works towards improving health, education, and economic sustainability for underserved populations in Senegal. Malick’s teaching career also includes positions at The Park School of Baltimore, Middlebury Interactive Languages, and various academic roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Louisville. Malick holds a Master’s degree in French Language and Literature and a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages.
