Barbara Nova has over a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry. Barbara began their career as a Senior Category Manager at CEFCO Convenience Stores, where they were responsible for managing the snack and candy categories. Barbara then moved on to Thorntons Inc., where they led and executed promotional plans for dispensed beverages. In January 2014, they joined BP as a Senior Category Manager for Food Service. In this role, they were responsible for managing the hot food, bakery, and proprietary fresh food offers for the ampm brand across approximately 1,000 retail locations in CA, WA, OR, AZ, and NV. In December 2018, they left BP to join The Wills Group as the Director of Food & Beverage.
Barbara Nova has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of the Incarnate Word. Barbara also has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Texas Lutheran University. In addition, they are certified as a Professional Category Manager and a Professional Category Analyst by the Category Management Association.
