Currently serving as a Women in Business Committee Member at The British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and as a Steering Committee Member at The Women's Foundation, Betty provides strategic guidance to initiatives promoting social inclusion, particularly in STEM fields. As the Group Head of Organisational Development & Talent at CLP, Betty leads efforts to enhance organizational capability and culture, focusing on growth amidst digital transformation and energy transition. Prior experience includes significant roles at Prudential plc, AstraZeneca, and Bank of America, complemented by a strong academic background in psychology and sustainability leadership from prestigious institutions.

We are a non-profit organisation (registered charity number 91/6962) established in 2004 and dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls in Hong Kong through ground-breaking research, impactful and innovative community programmes, and education, media engagement and advocacy. Our three key focus areas are challenging gender stereotypes, increasing the number of women in decision-making and leadership positions, and empowering women in poverty to achieve a better quality of life for themselves and their families.
