Ewa Stachurska is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Vice President of Marketing, Partnerships, and Business Development at Simpson Marine Limited since August 2015, managing marketing and communications for a diverse brand portfolio in the luxury yachting industry. Ewa is also a member of the 30% Club Hong Kong Chapter advocating for gender balance at leadership levels and has taken on mentorship roles with The Women's Foundation and community volunteer work with Inspiring Girls Hong Kong to empower young girls. Their previous roles include Managing Director at Sunreef Yachts in China and various marketing leadership positions. Ewa holds an MBA from Shanghai University, has completed Harvard Business School Online courses, and possesses a solid academic background with a focus in Romance Languages and Comparative Linguistics.

We are a non-profit organisation (registered charity number 91/6962) established in 2004 and dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls in Hong Kong through ground-breaking research, impactful and innovative community programmes, and education, media engagement and advocacy. Our three key focus areas are challenging gender stereotypes, increasing the number of women in decision-making and leadership positions, and empowering women in poverty to achieve a better quality of life for themselves and their families.
