Jurgen Wiehan

Jurgen Wiehan is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in managing software engineering teams and operations across multiple countries. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Workshop since July 2025, Jurgen previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Wunderflats, where responsibilities included overseeing a cross-functional team of around 25. Jurgen also has extensive experience from Euromonitor International, where roles spanned from Country Manager for India and South Africa to Director of Engineering, managing global software engineering teams of up to 80 individuals. Jurgen's early career includes positions such as Team Leader and Senior Developer, with a foundational education from Cape Tech/Durbanville College from 1996 to 1997.
