Vice President Of Operations at The Learning Experience

Janice Rosas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Janice started their career as a Marketing & Sales Support Manager at Pinpoint Safety from August 2004 to July 2007. Janice then worked as a Marketing Manager at Signature Marketing and Events from July 2007 to July 2008, where they excelled in sales and service, as well as leadership.

In 2008, Janice joined Chesterbrook Academy as an Infant, Toddlers, & Pre-K Teacher, a role they held until October 2010. Following this, they became a Director at a Child Development Center, responsible for staffing, training, education, safety, and care of children and staff members. In January 2016, they transitioned to the position of Area Manager, and in January 2021, they were promoted to Director of Operations at The Learning Experience. Currently, Janice holds the title of Vice President of Operations at The Learning Experience, a role they have held since September 2022.

In addition to their roles in the education industry, Janice also co-owned and served as an instructor at Carolina's Premier Resource - CPR & First Aid Training starting in June 2018. Janice brings over 20 years of experience in safety, first aid, and CPR training to this role.

Janice Rosas completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in English, Education, and African Studies from the University of North Carolina between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates Degree in Arts from Central Piedmont Community College from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Janice has also obtained various certifications, including "How to Communicate with Diplomacy, Tact & Credibility," "SIDS," "The 7 Habits for Managers: Essential Skills and Tools for Leading Teams," "Critical Thinking," "Developing Executive Leadership," "MBA Certification," "Developing Your Analytical Skills," "Leading Virtual Teams," "Moving from an Operational Manager to a Strategic Leader," and "Successfully Managing People" from the American Management Association, with the certifications being obtained between 2020 and 2021.
