Frank Delany has over 18 years of work experience in various roles within the luxury goods industry. Frank started their career as a Visual Merchandiser at Jaeger-LeCoultre in 2002. Frank then worked at Richemont, where they held roles as the Marketing Manager for Jaeger Le Coultre and as a Regional Manager for Baume & Mercier. In 2011, they completed their MBA at the Kellogg School of Management. Delany then joined Safilo as the Director of Distribution Americas for Fendi in 2014. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Vice President at de GRISOGONO. Currently, Delany holds the position of Vice President at Thélios since 2018, having previously served as the Director from 2018 to 2020.
Frank Delany completed their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2013, with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, Organizations & Management. Prior to that, they earned a BM in Music Theatre from The Catholic University of America between 1997 and 2001. Additionally, Frank has obtained certifications such as the Leadership Lab for Strategic Agility from LVMH in 2023 and the Leadership Award - LVMH IDEAL Awards in 2022. Frank also completed the Landmark Curriculum for Living program in 2008.
