Richard Douglas has extensive work experience in the legal education industry. Richard served as the Chief Operating Officer at Themis Bar Review from August 2008 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at BAR/BRI, a division of Thomson, from August 2002 to August 2008.

Richard Douglas has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science from The University of the South, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Subsequently, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Syracuse University College of Law from 1997 to 2000. During the same period, Richard also completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Communications with a field of study in Television, Radio, and Film from Syracuse University.
