Reynald Mandel has had a diverse range of work experiences in various roles and industries. Reynald has been working at Theodo since 2013, initially starting as a Lead Developer and then progressing to the role of Tech Lead and Coach of a development team. Reynald later became an Engineering Manager and Coach for the global website of Tarkett, where they were responsible for the technical aspects of the development teams and implemented DevOps processes and improvements. In 2020, Reynald became the Director of Engineering at Theodo, where they are jointly responsible for the 10 Engineering Managers and focuses on ensuring the technical quality of projects.

Prior to their time at Theodo, Reynald Mandel held positions as the CEO of YapaFoto from 2011 to 2013, the CTO of Troboalecole.com from 2011 to 2012, and as a Business Developer at EATOPS from 2010 to 2011. Reynald also gained experience as an Intern (Software Developer) at Amadeus in 2009, where they worked on developing a visualization tool connected to multiple databases and web services.

Reynald Mandel began their education in 1999 at Lycée Privé Michelet, where they pursued their studies until 2004. Then, from 2004 to 2007, they attended Lycée Privé Sainte Geneviève, focusing on Math-Physique. Finally, they enrolled at CentraleSupélec in 2007 and completed their education there in 2011.
