Christen Conaway Jones

Christen Conaway Jones, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Development at The Pennington School since July 2022. Prior experience includes holding the position of Director of Institutional Advancement at Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart from January 2019 to June 2022, and various development roles at The College of New Jersey between October 2013 and January 2019, including Director of Development and Annual Giving, Capital Campaign Leadership Gifts Officer, and Major Gifts Officer. Prior to that, positions included Director of Development at Rutgers University - Camden, and multiple roles at Widener University, Please Touch Museum, and The Franklin Institute. Christen Conaway Jones holds a Master of Public Administration from Widener University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Rutgers University - Camden.
