Ashish Kumar started their career in 1990 as a Territory Sales Manager at Thermax Limited, where they successfully developed the performance chemical business and gained recognition for their achievements. In 1996, they became a Business Manager at Thermax Limited, and held this role for 15 years. In 2011, they joined Thermax as a PU Head, and later became the Channel Business Head, responsible for managing the performance chemicals division.
Ashish Kumar Singh attended Sarvajanik Vidhyalya in Mehsana from 1982 to 1984. After completing their time there, they pursued their education at DAV College Dehradun, where they focused on the field of Organic Chemistry.
