Yokasta Hiraldo-Rosario, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Thibaut Design since May 2023. With extensive experience in the field, Yokasta previously held the same title at The Yale Club of New York City from August 2015 to May 2023 and worked as Corporate Director of Human Resources at Cipriani from November 2012 to July 2015, overseeing HR activities across multiple locations. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources at Millennium UN Plaza Hotel and Assistant Director of HR at Mount Airy Lodge Resort & Casino. Yokasta's career commenced as a Human Resources Manager at Crowne Plaza Times Square and an Employment Manager at Hilton New York. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baruch College, completed between 1995 and 1999.
