Matt Mundey has extensive experience in the field of workforce planning and talent management. Matt started their career in 2005 at Hertfordshire Primary Care NHS Trust, where they served as a Workforce Planning Manager & Regional Project Lead until 2009. In this role, they were responsible for managing workforce planning initiatives and leading regional projects.
In 2009, Matt joined Think Learning as a Workforce Consultant. Matt specialized in analyzing organizational development business processes, designing and implementing change projects, and optimizing the use of technology solutions. Matt had a particular focus on the healthcare sector and had broad experience working with public sector organizations.
In 2013, Matt was promoted to Commercial Director at Think Learning. In this role, they focused on implementing and optimizing e-enabled systems for talent management processes, including performance management, learning management, and e-learning. Matt had a deep knowledge and experience of the UK healthcare and public sectors and specialized in bridging the gap between processes and systems.

Matt Mundey completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Oxford from 1995 to 1998, earning a MA Hons degree in English Literature & Language. Matt then pursued further education at the University of Bedfordshire from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a MSc degree in HR Management.
