Liujing Ren

Liujing Ren is a skilled UX Researcher and UX Consultant at ThinkCERCA since January 2022, where significant contributions include redesigning the curriculum library page which improved first-time user engagement by 26%, optimizing grading processes with AI, and leading user research initiatives. Previous experience includes leading the design of a screen-based exhibition at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, creating a mobile website for seasonal recipes at Pennsylvania Macaroni Company, and working as a Graphic Designer at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. Liujing has also undertaken significant personal projects including developing AR glasses for maritime search and rescue operations, and enhancing UI for the Smart Campus System at Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data. Liujing holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology and Applied Learning Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.
