Third Plateau
Maya Kageyama is an experienced director at Third Plateau Social Impact Strategies, where responsibilities include facilitating strategic planning and leadership coaching for mission-driven organizations. Previously, Maya served as Training & Development Manager at the Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum, designing training for health departments and organizations focused on improving health among racial and ethnic minorities. Further roles at the same organization included Practice Manager, where Maya coordinated technical assistance for the HIV/AIDS workforce, and Capacity Building Assistant, overseeing logistics for conferences and training events. Earlier experience includes a graduate research internship at the Prevention Institute, office management at the Self-Healing Research Center, and various roles in public health and customer service. Maya holds a Master of Public Health from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health & Psychology from Hampshire College.
