Brian George

Brian George is an Associate Professor of Engineering at Thomas Jefferson University since June 2017, specializing in engineering and materials science. Prior to this role, Brian served as an Associate Professor of Engineering & Textiles and the Director of the Nonwovens Lab at Philadelphia University from January 1999 to June 2017, focusing on teaching and research in nonwovens and textile production. Brian holds a B.S. and Ph.D. in Textile Science, Fiber and Polymer Science from North Carolina State University, earned between 1989 and 1999.
