Larry Starr

Larry Starr is an accomplished academic and leader in organizational development with extensive experience in various educational and consulting roles. Currently serving as an Executive Fellow at Lehigh University and Director of Applied Research at the Iacocca Institute, Larry focuses on global leadership and the leadership of complex systems. Previously, Larry held positions as an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson University and as Program Director and Academic Chair for dual doctoral programs in leadership. Noteworthy past roles include Executive Director at the Institute of Systems Wisdom, Managing Director of Systems Wisdom LLC, and Executive Director at the University of Pennsylvania. Larry holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Windsor and has a diversified educational background in psychology and the arts.
