Jim Kane

Jim Kane is an experienced professional in the automotive and technology sectors, currently serving as the Head of eMobility at THOR Industries, Inc. since March 2023, and as an advisor for eLUXE3D. As the President and CEO of Kane's Customs LLC, Jim has demonstrated leadership in various roles, including Partner at Coventry Consulting, Inc. and multiple executive positions at Baraja, where contributions involved pioneering solid-state LiDAR technology. Prior roles include Vice President of Engineering at Magna Electronics, where significant achievements included growing the engineering team and establishing a central Functional Safety & Cyber Security team. With a Bachelor’s degree in Control Systems and Signal Processing from the University of Michigan, Jim has a proven track record of driving innovation and organizational growth across diverse engineering and product management positions.
