Chris is a Partner in our Corporate team and is based principally in our Dundee office.

Chris has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial work but has a particular focus on corporate deals including mergers & acquisitions, equity investments and fundraisings, employee ownership transactions, corporate restructurings and management buy-outs. His clients include businesses at all stages of the growth cycle from start-up to listed companies.
