Mike Arthur

Mike Arthur is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Thorntons Law LLP since October 2018. Previously, Mike worked as a Voice Analyst at Getronics from August 2016 to December 2017, supporting a UCCE VoIP platform for a major UK customer. Mike's extensive background in IT support includes a significant tenure at Tesco Stores Ltd from October 1996 to September 2015, where expertise in Cisco UCCE was leveraged to design, build, and maintain efficient inbound IVR paths for over 3,000 users. Mike completed education at Morgan Academy from 1981 to 1986.
