Eric Fritz is an experienced project manager and mechanical engineer with a comprehensive background in managing design teams and developing technical specifications for HVAC and plumbing systems across diverse industries. Since September 2019, Eric has been managing projects at Thorson • Baker + Associates (TBA), overseeing skilled professionals and ensuring project profitability. Prior to this role, Eric spent over 14 years at Denk Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included designing criteria and creating drawings for various sectors such as education and hospitality. Earlier experience includes an engineering co-op at FENOC - Davis-Besse Nuclear Plant and a mechanical design internship at TWB. Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Bowling Green State University.
