Melody Radcliffe

Melody Radcliffe currently serves as the Director of GTM Enablement, Strategy, and Process at ThoughtSpot, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Melody was employed at Gainsight from January 2019 to January 2024 in various capacities, including Manager of Sales Strategy and Enablement, Senior Sales Enablement Manager, and Sales Enablement Manager, contributing to the implementation of a complete Customer Success solution. Melody's career began in education at Mesa High School, where responsibilities included English Teacher, Teacher on Assignment, Head Soccer Coach, and Cross-Country Coach, followed by roles in sales at WebPT, Tuft & Needle, and Enterprise. Melody holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and English, both from Arizona State University.
