Cecil has over 20 years’ financial services experience and specialises in operational and digital transformation, corporate restructuring, and business strategy within the retail banking, fintech, and wealth management sectors. Prior to GPS, Cecil held senior roles at HSBC, Accenture, and Flagstone.
