Adam Gromfin is a seasoned legal executive with extensive experience in corporate law and strategic partnerships. Since May 2008, Adam Gromfin has served as the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of M&A and Strategic Partnerships at MerchSource, where Adam Gromfin also holds the title of President and General Counsel. Additionally, Adam Gromfin has been the Chief Legal Officer at ThreeSixty Group Ltd. since October 2011. Prior to these roles, Adam Gromfin was a Senior Associate at Heller Ehrman LLP from October 2003 to May 2008. Adam Gromfin earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Rhetoric and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
