Marc Whittaker Bennett, M.S., currently serves as the Director of OnRamp at Thrive Scholars since January 2023 and is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. Previous roles include Program Manager of College Prep Programs and Dean of Students at Breakthrough Atlanta, as well as various positions at The Lovett School and Florida State University, where responsibilities included employer relations and serving as a graduate research assistant. Marc’s experience also encompasses internships and roles at Augusta University, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, and Nike. Academically, Marc is pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Houston, following a Master of Science in Higher Education Student Affairs Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bethune-Cookman University.
